Hermes Gmail VPS connects a private, VPS-hosted assistant to its owner's Gmail account using Google's Gmail API.
What the integration does
- Searches and reads email when requested by the account owner.
- Sends owner-authorized correspondence and recruiter outreach.
- Tracks sent messages to prevent duplicates and supports checking replies.
Access stays under the owner's control
Google OAuth grants permission to read mail and send messages. The integration does not request permission to delete mail or change Gmail settings. Authorization can be revoked in the owner's Google Account.
This is a personal integration, not a public email service. This website provides application information; it does not collect Gmail credentials or provide a sign-in form.
