Terms of use

Hermes Gmail VPS is a private email assistant integration operated by its account owner for their own Gmail account. It is not offered as a public service and has no paid subscription or public account-registration process.

Authorized use

The integration acts on the account owner's instructions. The owner remains responsible for recipients, message accuracy, attachments and compliance with Google's applicable service policies. Outreach must be relevant and respectful; recipient requests to stop contact must be honored.

Sending and reliability

Sending limits, spacing and duplicate controls reduce accidental repeated sends. They do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, recipient delivery, inbox placement or freedom from account restrictions. Ambiguous send outcomes must be checked against Gmail Sent before another attempt.

Google permissions

Access depends on the owner's OAuth authorization. Permission can be revoked at any time in the Google Account. This website does not request Google passwords.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains data handling. The account owner manages this integration directly; no public accounts are offered.
